These reports answer questions the standard dashboard could not: was a post actually seen, do products with customer content sell better than products without, and is AI Studio media pulling its weight next to real customers. Each one sticks to the same definitions as the rest of Idukki, and none of them is added into your proven revenue.
Viewable impressions
An impression counts each time a gallery is served. A viewable impression counts a single post that was at least half on screen for at least one second, once per post per page view. A carousel slide nobody scrolled to earns an impression for the gallery but no viewable impression for that post. Viewable impressions sit next to impressions, never instead of them: click rate is still clicks divided by served impressions.
Product UGC lift
For each product: product-page views (the times the widget loaded on that product’s page), widget add-to-carts, store orders containing the product, and the PDP order rate, which is orders divided by product-page views. Products are then split into those with at least one live tagged post today and those without, and each group’s rate is pooled (all its orders over all its views).
- The difference between the groups is shown only when each has at least 200 product-page views in the period and the group without UGC has at least one order. Otherwise the report says there is not enough data yet.
- Read it as correlation, not causation. Products with UGC are often the ones that already sell; only an A/B test measures what UGC itself does.
- Widget add-to-carts are listed per product but not compared, because a product with no posts cannot have any.
AI vs customer posts
Posts made with AI Studio side by side with every other live post: viewable impressions, clicks, add-to-carts, proven orders, and the viewable click rate (clicks divided by viewable impressions, so a per-post comparison has a per-post denominator).
Guided Quiz report
For one quiz or all of them: starts, completions, completion rate, clicks on result products and add-to-carts from the results. Orders after the quiz counts orders by shoppers who completed it, within 30 days of their first completion. It is an influence-style figure: a quiz recommendation carries no customer post, so these orders are never proven UGC orders, and the report shows how many of them were also proven orders instead of adding the two.
Q&A outcomes
Idukki reports Q&A conversations and the orders placed within 30 days of a chat by the same shopper, with the revenue from those orders. As with the quiz, these are kept apart from proven orders, with the overlap shown on its own. Only chats the widget could tie to a shopper can be followed to an order, so the figure says how many conversations it covers.
The monthly value email
Once a month, your account’s main contact gets “What your UGC did in” the previous month: served impressions, clicks and click rate, widget add-to-carts and their value (labelled as intent, not sales), proven orders and revenue, orders where the buyer saw or clicked UGC first as a separate line, and new posts. Only figures that were measured and are above zero are included, and nothing measured means no email. You can opt out of it, and it respects unsubscribes. It is rolling out alongside the reports above.
