Idukki ships a family of review-optimised layouts for showing testimonials and ratings rather than visual UGC. They share a light schema (mostly card styling, star colour and reviewer info) and differ mainly in arrangement. Pick by the shape of the proof you want.
The review layouts
- Wall of Love: a dense grid of testimonials and star ratings. Best at checkout and on product pages, where high-density proof reduces cart abandonment.
- Review Spotlight: one full-width review with rating, avatar and full text. Best on a homepage hero or landing page.
- Review Carousel: an auto-scrolling carousel of reviews. Best in sidebars and compact trust sections (uses sliderSettings: autoPlay, arrows).
- UGC Review Carousel: a portrait UGC carousel that overlays reviewer info, star ratings and shoppable product mini-cards on each post.
- Review Stats: aggregate star ratings and counts as visual stats. Best above the fold as a numbers-forward trust block.
- Review Bubbles: reviews as overlapping speech bubbles, for a conversational feel.
- Review Timeline: reviews in chronological order, proving sustained satisfaction.
- Testimonial: a clean single-testimonial presentation for curated quotes.
Settings that matter across review layouts
- Card styling (cardSettings): background, text colour, text size and border, since these layouts are card-driven.
- Star / rating colour and the reviewer info shown (name, avatar, date).
- Slider settings on the carousel variants (autoPlay, autoPlaySpeed, arrows).
- Connect a review source first so these layouts have ratings to show.
