The ideas board in the dashboard is where you tell us what would make your work easier. Every merchant sees the same board, so before you write a new idea, look for one that already says it and give it your vote.
Add or back an idea
- Search first. Search the board and sort by Top, New or Trending (most votes in the last 14 days). You can also filter by status or show only your own ideas.
- Vote. Vote for the ideas you want. Each person gets one vote per idea, there are no downvotes, and you can take your vote back.
- Write a new idea. Give it a short title (up to 140 characters) and describe the problem it solves (up to 5,000). Your vote is added automatically. Each account can post up to 10 ideas a day.
- Join the conversation. Comment to add your use case. Other merchants show as "A merchant", never by name, and our replies show as "Idukki team".
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Under review | New, or still being considered. |
| Planned | We intend to build it. |
| In progress | We are building it. |
| Shipped | It is out. |
| Declined | We do not plan to build it. |
| Merged | It duplicated another idea; its votes moved to that one. |
If you posted an idea or voted for it, you get an in-app notification when its status changes, when we reply and when it is merged into another idea. We never email you about the board.
Some planned, in-progress and recently shipped ideas are also shown on our public roadmap at idukki.io/roadmap as that page goes live. It shows the idea and its vote count, never who asked for it or the comments.
