Scan to Shop · early access
Put your customers on the shop floor.
A QR code on a shelf, a hang tag or a window opens your customers’ photos and videos on the shopper’s phone, right next to the product. One code per product or collection, a branded page that loads fast, and a report of what happened after the scan.
Built, and in early access. It is not generally available yet, so request access and we will be in touch about your workspace.

Three steps from a shelf to a basket.
The customer content is already in your Idukki library, tagged to products. Scan to Shop gives it a way off the screen and into the aisle.
A code can open
- A product
- A collection
- A category
- A label
- A lookbook
- Any URL
01
Create a code
Point it at a product, a collection, a category, a label, a lookbook or any URL. Every code is a short link you can repoint later, so a changed destination never means a reprint.
02
Print it
Pick a template. Your logo, colours and fonts come from your Brand Kit. Export a print-ready PDF at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, or just the QR as PNG or SVG.
03
The shopper scans
They land on your scan page: your headline, one line of copy, the product with a Buy online button, and a vertical feed of real customers’ photos and videos. Or send the scan straight to your own product page.
Eight formats, already in your brand.
Every template fills itself from your Brand Kit: logo, colours, fonts. Pick a tagline from the library or write your own, choose whether customer photos print on the piece, and export.

Print-ready PDF
300 dpi, 3 mm bleed, crop marks. Hand it to any print shop as it is.
QR on its own
PNG or SVG of the code, for packaging artwork your designer already owns.
Blocked below 20 mm
Export refuses a QR that would print smaller than 20 mm, the usual floor for a reliable scan.
Blocked on low contrast
A brand colour too close to its background stops the export, rather than printing a code nobody can read.
Rights first. Customer photos only print when the post has rights approved in Idukki Rights Management. Paper cannot be unpublished, so the templates never offer anything else.
Bulk for a whole range. One code per product in a collection, laid out as A4 sticker sheets, 24 to a page, ready to peel onto shelf edges or swing tags.
Scan page
Headline, product card, customer feed
Your product page
Straight to your store
yourstore.com/products/…
The scan is still counted.
A page built for the aisle, not the sofa.
The shopper is standing up, one hand on the product, on mobile data. The scan page is sized for that moment: your headline and one line of copy, the product card with a Buy online button, then a vertical feed of real customers’ photos and videos tagged to exactly what they are holding.
Would rather send them to your own product page? Any code can skip the scan page and open your store directly. You still get the scan in the report.
From a scan in the aisle to the order it led to.
Physical retail has always had to guess what a shelf-talker did. Each code reports what happened after it was scanned, and where the trail reaches a sale, which kind of sale it was.
Proven
Online orders whose checkout carries the visitor id from the scan.
Influenced
Orders linked to the scan less directly than that.
In store
Single-use scan codes redeemed at the Shopify POS till.
Each reported as its own number. Proven and influenced are never added together.
Scans and unique scanners
Per code, so ten scans by one curious person read as one.
Placement
Which store and which zone: window, rail, mirror, till.
Time of day
When the codes get scanned, including after closing.
What they did next
Posts viewed, videos watched, product taps, add-to-carts and shares on the scan page.
Online orders
Tied back to the scan through Idukki’s visitor id, the same one the widget uses.
In-store sales
On Shopify POS, through an optional scan-to-unlock, single-use offer code the shopper shows at the till.
Wherever a shopper stops to look.
Shelves and rails are the obvious place. The rest of the shop, the parcel and the retailer you do not own are the ones that are easy to miss.
Fitting rooms
A mirror cling that answers the question every shopper asks in there: how does this look on someone like me.
Shop windows
A poster that keeps selling after closing. Passers-by browse the customer feed and buy online.
Parcels and receipts
A box insert or receipt code that asks the buyer for their own photo, feeding your UGC collection.
Collect UGCPop-ups and events
Put the code on a screen next to a live wall of customer content, so a glance can turn into a basket.
Digital signageMulti-store chains
One code per store, so the report compares branches instead of blending them.
Sold through other retailers
Your own shelf-talker in someone else’s store gives you in-store data you otherwise never see.

Questions, answered.
Is Scan to Shop available now?
It is built and in early access, not generally available yet. Request access below and we will be in touch about switching it on for your workspace.
What can a code point at?
A product, a collection, a category, a label, a lookbook or any URL. Each code is a short, repointable link, so you can change where it goes later without reprinting it.
What does the shopper see after scanning?
A merchant-branded scan page on their phone: the headline and line of copy you chose, the product card with a Buy online button, and a vertical feed of customer photos and videos tagged to that product or collection. If you prefer, the scan can go straight to your own product page instead.
Which customer photos can be printed?
Only posts whose rights are approved in Idukki Rights Management. A printed shelf-talker cannot be taken down the way a web page can, so the templates only offer content you have permission to put on paper.
How small can the QR code be?
The export is blocked if the code would print smaller than 20 mm, or if the colours are too low in contrast to scan reliably. Every template already sizes the code above that floor.
How are in-store sales counted?
On Shopify POS, through an optional scan-to-unlock offer: the scan page shows a single-use code the shopper presents at the till, which ties that sale back to the scan. Online orders are tied back through Idukki’s visitor id. Proven and influenced orders are reported separately and never added together.
Can I print codes for a whole collection at once?
Yes. Bulk mode creates one code per product in a collection and lays them out as A4 sticker sheets, 24 to a page.
