Pick a product
The list opens on products that have no customer posts yet, so the gaps come first. Or start from Content Opportunities, which ranks product pages that sell without any UGC.

Describe the scene
Write where the product should be, or pick a prompt to start from. Choose a model if you want one in the shot, and a shape: square, portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9.

Generate an image or a video
An image places your product, background removed, into the scene you described. A video turns that frame into a short clip, scripted for you if you leave the script empty.

Add it to a collection
One click files it in a collection with the product already tagged, so it shows on that product page through the widgets you already run.

Catalogue runs: every gap, in one go.
One product at a time is fine for a launch. It is slow for a catalogue of thousands. A catalogue run takes up to 50 products, starting with the ones that have no customer posts, and makes an image or video for each in the same scene, within your allowance. Every result comes back to one review screen, so you approve a range in an afternoon instead of a product at a time.

Videos that speak, when you want them to.
Add sound as you generate, for one product or a whole catalogue run. A voice can read your script (or the video’s own), an instrumental track can play under it, and in beta a model can talk to camera with lips that follow the words. Sound is part of the same generation: it never costs an extra one, and if it fails you still get the silent video.
Credits once the allowance is used
Keep generating after the month’s allowance on credits bought through the billing you already use: your Shopify admin, a card payment, or an invoice from us. The allowance always goes first, and credits arrive only once the payment is confirmed. Pricing is not published yet.

Is AI Studio available now?
It is built and in early access. Request access below and we will set it up for your workspace with a monthly generation allowance that fits your catalogue.
Can I generate media for many products at once?
Yes, with catalogue runs. Pick up to 50 products (it starts on the ones with no customer posts), describe one scene, and AI Studio makes an image or video for each from its own product photo. Results come back to one review screen, and the ones you keep go into a collection already tagged to each product. Catalogue runs are rolling out to early-access accounts now.
How many generations do I get?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of image and video generations, shown in AI Studio before you click Generate. Creating a custom model counts as an image; music and voices on their own do not, and a failed generation is given back. Credit top-ups for when the allowance runs out are rolling out; until they reach your account, our team raises the allowance if your catalogue needs more.
Will shoppers think AI images are customer photos?
They should not, and nothing in AI Studio tries to make them. Generated media is stored as AI-generated, separately from customer posts, and you decide where it goes. Our advice is to use it where a page has nothing, and to let real customer content replace it as it arrives.
What shapes and formats does it make?
Images and short videos in square (1:1), portrait (9:16) and landscape (16:9). Images are PNG and videos are MP4, silent unless you add a voiceover or music (rolling out with early access).
Can a video talk?
With sound switched on, a voice can read a script over any generated video, or an instrumental track can play under it. A talking avatar, with the model’s lips following the speech, is in beta. If the sound step fails you still get the silent video, and sound never costs an extra generation.
Do I need my own product photos?
For product scenes and product videos, yes: AI Studio starts from the product image in your catalogue and places it in the scene, so what shoppers see is your actual product rather than an invented one.
Where does the generated media appear?
Wherever that collection is shown. Because the product is tagged when you add it, it appears on that product page in your existing Idukki widgets, with the same Add to cart and tracking as any other post.
