Delete your Instagram and Facebook data

This page shows how to remove the data Idukki got from Instagram or Facebook. It takes about a minute.

If you connected an account

  1. Sign in to your Idukki dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Social Accounts.
  3. Press Delete next to the Instagram account.

That removes the stored access token at once. Galleries that show your posts keep working.

To remove the rest, email hello@idukki.io from your account email. Name the Instagram account. We delete the token and account data within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Remove Idukki from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings → Apps and websites and remove Idukki. After that we can no longer read your account.

If a brand used your post

Email hello@idukki.io with a link to the post. We remove it from Idukki within 30 days and tell the brand.
