  • Can dealers and HQ both publish UGC under one roof?

    Yes. Workspaces are scoped per dealer-group + per HQ, with HQ getting an over-the-top moderation and brand-safety lock. Dealers can publish locally but cannot override HQ-flagged content.

  • How do you keep modification UGC separate from OEM warranty content?

    Submission tags route content into separate moderation lanes. OEM warranty content publishes only to OEM-controlled surfaces; modification content publishes to community surfaces and is filtered by default on PDP unless the buyer opts in.

  • Do you handle recall and software-update communications?

    Yes. Verified-owner UGC can be surfaced alongside OEM recall + OTA-update notifications, with the audit log and rights-clearance trail every legal team wants.

  • What about EU + UK distance-selling rules?

    Standard PDP footers, 14-day cooling-off language and price-disclosure compliance are built into the widget. UK MUR + EU DSA defaults applied by region.
