Question types

Four shapes. One survey builder.

Mix any number of each type in a single survey. Every question can be required or optional; multiple-choice questions take an options array, NPS is fixed 0–10, ratings are 1–5.

  • nps

    NPS

Net Promoter Score 0–10. The classic "would you recommend us?", segmented into Promoters / Passives / Detractors in the results view.

  • rating

    Star rating

One-to-five stars. Use for CSAT, post-purchase satisfaction or per-feature pulse checks.

  • text

    Open text

Free-form response. The verbatim quote your roadmap actually needs.

  • choice

    Multiple choice

Single-select. For "where did you hear about us?" / "what nearly stopped you buying?" style funnels.

How it runs

From draft to insight, in four steps.

Surveys are first-class workspace objects, they share the same business GUID as your widgets, leads and competitions. One audit log, one analytics surface, one place to grant team access.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the question types

NPS, star rating, open text, multiple choice. Mix them in one survey. Required / optional toggle per question.

  2. Step 2

    Set title + thank-you

Survey title, description, and the message respondents see after submit. is_active toggle keeps the survey live or paused.

    No paywall on response count
  3. Step 3

    Share the link

Every survey gets a hosted URL at idukki.io/surveys/[id]. Drop it in email, SMS, your link-in-bio, or after-purchase pages.

  4. Step 4

    Read the results

Live response count, per-question breakdown, exportable to CSV. NPS auto-segments Promoters / Passives / Detractors.

Use cases

Four surveys ambitious commerce teams actually run.

  • Post-purchase CSAT

Drop the URL into your Shopify order-confirmation email. 4-question survey, 30 seconds to complete, written to your workspace immediately.

  • NPS pulse

Quarterly NPS to a customer cohort via Klaviyo. Segment promoters straight into a referral campaign, detractors into a save flow.

  • Pre-launch panel

Open text + multiple choice survey to a private cohort before a drop. Use the verbatim quotes in your launch creative.

  • Creator feedback

After a UGC campaign, survey the participating creators on the rights flow + payout experience. Closes the loop on your competition.

Honest about scope

What this is. What it isn’t.

It is

  • A four-type survey builder
  • A hosted shareable link per survey
  • A response store with CSV export
  • Wired to the same Supabase your other Idukki data lives in

It isn’t

  • A SurveyMonkey replacement (no skip logic yet)
  • A research panel, bring your own audience
  • A consent-management or PII-residency tool
  • A direct Klaviyo / Mailchimp pipe (use the export + your reverse-ETL)
