Reviews are social proof too. Idukki connects to Google Reviews, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor, and imports Judge.me product reviews with their photos and videos, so written testimonials and ratings can sit alongside your visual UGC in the same collections and widgets.
Connect a review source
- Open Sources. Go to Sources and choose Add source.
- Pick the review platform. Select Google Reviews, Trustpilot or TripAdvisor. For Judge.me, open Settings and choose the Judge.me integration instead: connect with your shop domain and Judge.me API token, then import.
- Connect your profile. Authorise or point Idukki at your business profile on that platform.
- Import reviews. Idukki pulls in your reviews so you can curate them into collections like any other post.
