AI Shopper was a chat panel on the product page. We switched it off on 16 September 2026.
Nothing breaks. The widget skips the old setting and shows no chat panel. The rest of the gallery works as before.
For shopper questions on the product page, use Product Q&A. It answers from the answers you curate. You can also allow AI answers, within limits you set.

Switch on Find similar for a gallery. A shopper opens a post and sees products that look like it. They can also search with their own photo.
