Shoppers can add their own photos and videos to your brand page. Every submission waits for you in the same approval queue as your other imported posts, and nothing appears on the page until you approve it.

What a shopper sends

  • One to ten photos or videos (up to 250 MB each).
  • A star rating from 1 to 5 and a written review of 10 to 2,000 characters, with an optional title.
  • Their name, shown on the page as first name and last initial, and their email address, which stays private.
  • Up to five of your products, picked from your catalogue, so their post links to what they bought.
  • A consent tick. The statement lets you and Idukki show their photos, videos, review, rating and first name with last initial on your brand page and on your own website, social channels and marketing. The exact wording and the time they agreed are stored with the submission.

Approve a submission

  1. Watch for the notification. Each new submission sends an in-app notification that opens your approval queue.
  2. Open the Pending tab. Go to Collections, then Imported posts, and open the Pending tab. Brand page submissions sit there with your other pending posts.
  3. Check the post and the review. Look at the photos or video, the rating, the review and the tagged products before you decide.
  4. Approve or reject. Approve to publish it to your brand page through the Showcase collection, with its rating, review and product tags. Reject to keep it off the page.

What approving does

  • The post appears on your brand page with its rating, review and product links.
  • The shopper’s consent is recorded as a usage-rights grant on the post, so it counts as rights-cleared in collections that only show rights-approved content.
  • Moving a submission off approved later takes it off the page again. You can also hide the post.
Will the shopper hear from Idukki?
No. Idukki never emails a shopper who posts on your page.
Can a shopper flood my page?
Submissions are rate-limited each hour, and the form uses a captcha. Everything still waits for your approval.
