Importing a post is not permission to republish it. Before a creator’s content goes on your store, you need their explicit yes. Idukki’s rights workflow asks for it and records the answer so you can use the content confidently.
Request rights
- Pick the post. In a collection, select the post you want permission to use.
- Choose how to ask. Open Rights Management on the post. Via Response asks in a comment. Via Registration sends a consent link. Manual Approval covers rights you already hold.
- Copy the message. Idukki writes the request with the creator’s handle, your approval hashtag and your terms link. Click Copy Message.
- Send it. On YouTube, Idukki posts the comment from your connected channel. On Instagram, paste it as a comment or DM from your account.
- Mark it pending. Switch on Mark as pending. The post shows Rights Pending until the creator answers.
- Wait for approval. A hashtag reply is picked up automatically, once a day. A consent form updates the post as soon as it is submitted. Then the post is cleared to publish.
