A shopper sees a product in a customer’s post and wants it. With the product tagged, they can add it to their cart from the gallery. They finish in your store’s own checkout.
Turn on add to cart
- Sync your catalogue. Connect your store so its products are in Idukki and ready to tag.
- Tag the products. Tag the SKUs in each post, by hand or with AI.
- Show the shop button. In the layout settings, check that tagged posts show the shop or add-to-cart button.
- Test the path. On a live page, add a tagged product from the gallery. Check it lands in your store’s cart.
If it doesn’t work
If an add fails, the widget opens the product page instead. Off Shopify, product cards under a post and in shoppable video still open the product page. If nothing happens, check the product is tagged and your catalogue is synced. If the wrong variant is added, point the tag at the variant the post shows.
