The Template block library in Settings > Klaviyo Integration has three blocks. Each one suits a flow you probably run already.
- Abandoned cart, marked Start here: the flow triggered by Started Checkout. Each cart item with tagged content shows one customer photo.
- Thank you / after purchase: the flow triggered by Placed Order. It shows other customers with what was just bought.
- Any product block: any email that already shows a product, such as cross-sell or browse abandonment. Replace PRODUCT_ID with the product id your block uses.
