The Template block library in Idukki’s Klaviyo tab ships three snippets. Each is meant for a different flow you likely already have running.
- Abandoned cart, highest priority: your existing "Started Checkout → No Order Placed" flow. Shows real customer photos of the exact product left in cart, next to the price and title lookup you already have.
- Cross-sell, "you might also like": your existing post-purchase or browse-abandonment flow, next to a product-recommendation block. Shows UGC for complementary products, not the item just bought or browsed.
- Thank-you / post-purchase: your existing "Placed Order" flow. Shows UGC for what the customer just bought, and can pair with a call to action asking them to share their own photo while the purchase is still fresh.
