Doing the same thing to forty posts one card at a time is the slowest part of running a collection. Select them instead: a selection bar appears along the bottom of the collection and every action it offers applies to the whole selection.
Select posts and open the bar
- Select the posts. Tick the posts you want in the collection grid. Select all visible pulls in everything currently loaded on the page, and shows a loading state while the rest of the collection is fetched.In the dashboard: Post cards in a collection with selection checkboxes ticked

- Clear when done. Clear selection empties the selection without changing anything.
What you can do in bulk
The bar groups the same actions you would reach from a single post’s three-dot menu.
- Visibility: Hide or Show the selected posts.
- Order: Pin or Unpin the selected posts.
- Rights: approve, extend, reject or revoke usage rights across the selection.
- Products: tag products by hand, or run AI tagging over everything selected.
- Media: batch-compress selected video posts, resync media from the original permalinks, or download the selected assets.
- Shopify: upload the selected posts’ media to your Shopify Files CDN.
- Delete: remove the selected posts from the collection.
The CSV round-trip for tagging
Export is the one worth knowing about. It writes the selected posts to a CSV containing the post URL, product IDs, labels, slide index, product URLs, product external IDs and product SKUs. Edit that file offline in a spreadsheet, then bring it back in through the Import tool to apply the tags in bulk.
For a large catalogue this is usually faster than tagging in the dashboard, because matching SKUs to posts is work a spreadsheet is genuinely good at.
