A brand page is a public page on idukki.io, at idukki.io/brands/ followed by an address you choose. It shows your approved customer photos, videos and reviews with a star-rating summary, lets shoppers mark each one helpful or not helpful, and links every tagged product to its page on your own store. Shoppers can also send you their own photo or video with a review from the same page. Nothing they send appears until you approve it.

Set up your page

  1. Open your brand page settings. In the dashboard, open the brand page settings. The page stays off until you turn it on.
  2. Choose the address. Pick the part after idukki.io/brands/. It can use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3 to 48 characters, and cannot start or end with a hyphen or contain two hyphens in a row. A few everyday words (such as help, blog or settings) are reserved, and an address another brand already uses is taken. We suggest one from your business name.
  3. Turn it on. Switch the page on and save. The first time, Idukki creates a collection called Showcase for it. Approved submissions from your page go into that collection.
  4. Choose what the page shows. By default the page shows what is approved in the Showcase collection. You can also include approved posts from your other active collections; from those, only posts with usage rights cleared appear.
  5. Share the link. Copy your page link and put it where shoppers already look for proof: your email footer, social bios, packaging inserts or your own site.

What shoppers see

  • Your approved photos, videos and reviews, 24 at a time, sorted by Top (most helpful first) or New.
  • An average star rating and how many reviews are 1 to 5 stars, worked out from the reviews on the page that you collected yourself (brand page submissions, your upload forms, custom reviews and Judge.me), not from imported review sites.
  • Helpful and not helpful buttons on each post.
  • The products tagged on each post, with a link to that product on your store. Links carry utm_source=idukki_showcase so you can spot the visits in your own analytics too.
  • The reviewer as first name and last initial. Email addresses are never shown on the page.

Read the numbers

The brand page settings show your page for a date range: page views and visitors, submissions (and how many are pending, approved and rejected), helpful and not helpful votes, product clicks and add-to-carts, proven orders and revenue, and store orders seen after a visit. Proven orders and orders seen are separate numbers and are never added together.

Can I turn the page off again?
Yes. Switch it off and the page stops showing. Your address and the Showcase collection are kept, so switching it back on brings the same page back.
Does Idukki email the shoppers who post on my page?
No. A shopper gives an email address when they submit, and it stays private: it is never shown and Idukki never emails them.
Can I change the address later?
Yes, as long as the new address follows the same rules and no other brand uses it. Links to the old address stop working, so update anywhere you shared it.
