The best video review apps for Shopify in 2026: eight apps by plan and price
Which Shopify review apps collect video reviews from buyers, and on which plan? What each bill counts. Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, Fera, CWILL, Ali Reviews and Idukki. We make Idukki.
A customer films 20 seconds of your boots in the rain. She sends it with her five-star review. Your review app shows the stars and the text. The clip? That feature sits two plans up. So the best proof you have never reaches the product page.

How we picked
Every app here lets a buyer attach a video to a review on Shopify. Each one gets the same four questions:
- Video on which plan. The first plan where a buyer can upload a clip.
- Entry price. The cheapest plan with video, from the vendor's own page or listing.
- What the bill counts. Orders, review requests, reviews shown or widget impressions.
- Free plan. Whether one exists, and whether it includes video.
We make Idukki, so it sits apart at the end. We wrote the questions, so weigh them yourself. Where two vendor pages gave different prices, we say so and leave the price out. We have no commercial tie to any app here except our own.
Still deciding if clips are worth it? Read photo vs video reviews first.

Judge.me: video reviews on the free plan
Judge.me's free plan includes unlimited photo and video reviews. Its help centre says Free can request photo or video reviews from buyers. Awesome is $15 a month. It adds AI summaries, social media, Google Shopping and full customisation.
Awesome has a 15-day trial, once per store. There is no yearly plan. Cancel and the account drops back to Free, with your reviews kept.
Best for: collecting buyer clips at no cost. Limits: clips play in Judge.me's review widgets. Styling them fully needs Awesome.
Loox: video reviews from Convert up
Loox Beginner is free up to 500 total orders, without video reviews. Convert starts at $49.99 a month for 300 orders. Each extra 300 orders adds $50.
Loox's help centre caps Convert at $999.99 a month, or 6,000 orders. Its blog says $799. Ask Loox which applies. Approved video reviews show a thumbnail in Loox widgets.
Best for: a store that wants a visual review widget and can carry an order-based bill. Limits: a big sales month raises the bill.
Yotpo: video from Starter
Yotpo's free Reviews plan covers up to 50 orders a month. Its pricing table marks photo and video reviews as not included on Free. Starter adds them, plus Google rich snippets and a reviews carousel.
Yotpo's own pages quote Starter at $15 a month and at $89 for 500 orders. Both scale with orders. Use the slider on its pricing page for your volume.
Best for: a store already using Yotpo Loyalty. Limits: no video on Free, and the price moves with orders.
Okendo: video collection, plan not stated
Okendo's pricing page lists photo and video reviews under its Reviews product. Its help centre says the default review form takes photos or videos. Neither said which plan includes video in our check.
Okendo bills by monthly orders. Reviews starts at $19 a month for up to 200 orders. A bundle of three products costs 30% less than buying each.
Best for: a store that also wants Okendo loyalty, quizzes or surveys. Limits: confirm the video plan with Okendo before you sign.
Fera: the cheapest paid plan with video
Fera's Shopify listing and pricing page show Startup at $9 a month. It includes 100 review requests a month and 100 MB of photo and video storage. Billed yearly, Startup is $7 a month.
Larger plans add more requests and storage. Each plan has a 60-day free trial. One Fera blog post quotes $19 for its small tier, so check the live page.
Best for: a small store that wants video for under $10. Limits: 100 MB fills fast with clips.
CWILL (Trustoo): video on Pro
The app is listed on Shopify as CWILL (Trustoo) Product Reviews. Its free plan allows unlimited reviews and shows 6 per product. Essential is $11.99 a month, without video reviews.
Pro is $29.99 a month and adds video reviews, Google Shopping and translation. Paid plans have a 7-day trial. These prices come from the Shopify listing, so confirm them there.
Best for: a flat monthly fee with video. Limits: video skips the middle plan.
Ali Reviews: video from Basic
Ali Reviews' pricing page lists a free plan. It shows 10 reviews per product, with no photo or video. Basic is $14.95 a month. It shows 150 reviews per product and allows 1 video per review.
Two merchant reviews on its Shopify listing say new stores cannot pick Free. Several apps share the Ali Reviews name, so check the developer before you install.
Best for: stores that also import reviews from marketplaces. Limits: the bill counts reviews shown per product.
Idukki: video reviews in a shoppable gallery (ours)
We make Idukki. On Shopify, Idukki can send a review request email after an order. You switch it on in settings. Each star in the email opens a hosted form. The buyer rates, writes and can add photos or a video.
Reviews land in the same library as your social posts, for approval and product tags. Idukki also imports Judge.me photo and video reviews. So you can keep Judge.me and still use its clips.
Approved clips can sit in one gallery with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube posts. Google, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor reviews can join them.
The bill counts widget impressions. Free covers up to 20,000 a month, with our logo on widgets. Our pricing table lists on-site upload and email collection on every plan. Starter is $45 for 100,000 and adds full shoppable video. Paid plans have a 30-day free trial.
Best for: a store that wants buyer clips, social video and reviews in one shoppable gallery. Limits: review requests are Shopify only. Idukki has no SMS or WhatsApp follow-up.
Video-first apps: Whatmore and Tolstoy
These two show customer video but do not run review requests after an order. Whatmore's own review-app roundup says it has no native post-purchase review collection. It syncs clips from Instagram and TikTok instead. Plans start at $29 a month.
Tolstoy shows video reviews and UGC in a shoppable feed. We found no review request email in its pages. Starter is $12 a month, or $8 a month billed yearly.
Either one pairs with a review app that collects the clips. The full comparison is in the best video apps for Shopify.
Two we could not price: Stamped and REVIEWS.io
Both collect video reviews. Their own pages disagree on price, so neither is in the table. Stamped's Shopify listing starts Reviews at $23 a month. Its pricing page says $199.
REVIEWS.io's Shopify listing puts video on the free plan. Its FAQ lists video reviews as a higher-tier feature. Ask either vendor for a written quote.
