Judge.me is the bargain-tier reviews app: a genuinely generous free plan (unlimited requests, photo + video reviews), a flat $15/mo ceiling, and a 5.0-star Shopify listing with 42,000+ reviews. It went Shopify-only through a staged 2025-2026 sunset of WooCommerce, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Square, Duda and PrestaShop support.
It has also been shipping steadily since: an integration with Sidekick (Shopify's AI assistant) for review insights and a storefront Trust Badge in June, QR-code review collection, automatic review translations and live widget previews in July, then store-level reviews unlocked on the Free plan, full Horizon-theme support and five new integrations in September. Idukki overlaps on the reviews part but adds UGC from social, shoppable video, rights, multi-platform reach and analytics for brands ready to outgrow a pure-reviews tool.

Yes. As of June 2026 Judge.me integrates with Sidekick, Shopify's AI assistant, for review insights and in-app actions. Idukki's AI layer (Iris) works across every connected source, not just Shopify: it tags products on UGC and reviews, powers natural-language search over your whole library, and feeds the llms.txt + MCP outputs that AI shopping assistants read.
What are Judge.me's "store-level reviews"?
Reviews about the shopping experience as a whole (delivery, support, packaging) rather than a specific product. Judge.me unlocked these for every Free-plan store in September 2026, with automated request emails that go out after a customer leaves a product review. Idukki does not currently ship a separate store-level review type; our imported review sources are Google Reviews, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Judge.me itself (connect your Judge.me account and Idukki imports your existing photo and video reviews, auto-tagged to products), plus reviews collected directly on the merchant's own store, each of which already carries its own store-experience reviews.
