Judge.me Alternative: Reviews Plus the Rest of Your Customer Content
Last updated
Judge.me is the value pick for product reviews: a Free plan with unlimited review requests and photo and video reviews, and one paid plan, Awesome, at $15/mo. Between October 2025 and January 2026 it closed its apps on WooCommerce, Squarespace, Square, BigCommerce, Duda and PrestaShop, so it now runs on Shopify only.
We make Idukki. If reviews on Shopify are all you need, Judge.me is hard to beat on price. Idukki is for the next step: Instagram and TikTok content, shoppable video, rights requests with an audit trail and A/B tests on layouts, on Shopify and on other platforms. Your Judge.me reviews can come along as a source.

Why brands switch
You sell beyond Shopify
Judge.me’s apps for other platforms are gone. Idukki runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and on custom sites through one embed.
Social content, not only reviews
Idukki brings Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social posts into the same widgets as your reviews, tags the products in them and makes them shoppable.
Rights and testing built in
Every post in a gallery can carry the creator’s recorded permission, and every layout can be A/B tested so you can see which one sells more.
Where Judge.me still has an edge
Judge.me keeps real advantages:
- Best free reviews tier in the category, strong fit for stores under £200k/yr, and it grew in September 2026 to include store-level (whole-shopping-experience) reviews, not just product reviews
- Flat $15/mo price ceiling regardless of order volume
- Mature Q&A module
- 5.0-star Shopify listing with 42,000+ reviews: enormous social proof
- Sidekick (Shopify's AI assistant) integration for review insights and in-app actions, plus a storefront Trust Badge (both Jun 2026)
- QR-code review collection, automatic review translations and live widget previews (Jul 2026)
- Full Shopify Horizon-theme support out of the box, plus five new integrations and a redesigned navigation (Sep 2026)

How we compared
We make Idukki, so read this as one vendor’s view. Every alternatives page answers the same questions about both products:
- What content it handles: customer photos, video, reviews or all three
- Where it runs: which store platforms it supports
- How it clears the rights to use customer content
- How it is priced, and what it costs to start
- What it does better than Idukki

Judge.me alternative FAQs
Did Judge.me stop supporting WooCommerce?+
Yes. Per Judge.me’s help centre, it closed WooCommerce, Squarespace and Square on 31 October 2025, Duda on 31 December 2025, BigCommerce on 12 January 2026 and PrestaShop on 31 January 2026, to focus on Shopify. Idukki runs on WooCommerce, BigCommerce and PrestaShop today.
Can I keep my Judge.me reviews if I use Idukki?+
Yes. Judge.me is one of the review sources Idukki can import, so your existing reviews can appear alongside social content in Idukki widgets.
Is Idukki more expensive than Judge.me?+
Usually, yes. Judge.me Awesome is $15/mo and its Free plan covers a lot. Idukki has a Free plan up to 5,000 widget impressions a month, then paid plans from $45/mo. The difference pays for social UGC, shoppable video and rights, which are outside what Judge.me sells.
Is there a free way to start with Idukki?+
There is no trial. A Shopify store installs Idukki from the App Store and starts on the Free plan (up to 5,000 widget impressions a month, no credit card). On other platforms, book a demo and we set it up with you.
