The best Shopify review apps in 2026: eight apps, one test
Judge.me, Loox, Okendo, Yotpo, Junip, REVIEWS.io, Fera and Stamped, checked on the same five questions. What each bill counts, what the free plan holds and what to watch.
Shopify's own review app is gone. Every store now picks a third-party one. Most of them collect photos, send request emails and sync to Google. The real differences are the bill, the free plan and the exit. We checked eight apps against the same five questions.

How we checked them
Every app got the same five questions. What does the bill count? What does the free plan hold? Where do video reviews sit? Does it sync to Google Shopping? Can you leave with your reviews? The answers come from each vendor's own listing, pricing page or help centre. We checked them on 12 October 2026. Where a vendor's own pages give different prices, we say so and leave the price out.
One fact first. Shopify's own Product Reviews app is gone. Its listing says it is no longer available. If your theme still has its widget, the reviews stopped showing.

| Okendo | Monthly order bands | Check the live listing | Shopify only |
| Yotpo | Orders a month | Yes, up to 50 orders a month | Several |
| Junip | Nothing: flat tiers, unlimited orders | Yes | Check the live listing |
| REVIEWS.io | Invites or orders (prices conflict) | Yes, 25 invites a month | BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and more |
| Fera | Order reviews a month plus media storage | No, free trial | Wix, BigCommerce, Magento and more |

Judge.me: lowest cost at any size
Judge.me's free plan collects photo and video reviews with no order limit. Its one paid plan, Awesome, costs $15 a month at any volume. That adds Google Shopping sync, once you have 50 reviews and a Merchant Center account. Judge.me closed its other platforms between October 2025 and January 2026. It is Shopify-only now.
Loox: the best-looking photo galleries
Loox is known for its visual widgets. The Beginner plan is free until your store passes 500 total orders. Convert starts at $49.99 a month for 300 orders. Each further 300 orders adds $50, up to a cap. Video reviews and Google syndication sit on Convert. Price it at your busiest month.
Okendo: reviews plus loyalty
Okendo sells five products as one suite: reviews, loyalty, referrals, quizzes and surveys. Reviews start at $19 a month and price by monthly order bands. It is a Google Reviews Partner. The suite suits a brand buying loyalty at the same time. If you run a loyalty app already, compare Judge.me first.
Yotpo: for larger stores
Yotpo's free plan covers up to 50 orders a month. Paid plans bill by monthly orders. Yotpo also sells loyalty, SMS and email as separate products. Most small stores will outgrow the free plan in their first good month.
Junip: flat price, no order cap
Junip moved to flat plans with unlimited orders. The listing shows Core at $29 a month, Growth at $79 and Premium at $299. Syndication starts on Growth. Junip AI and the API sit on Premium. A free plan exists, and paid plans have a 7-day trial. Google Shopping needs 50 verified reviews.
REVIEWS.io: for stores on several platforms
REVIEWS.io collects both product and company reviews. It runs on BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix and PrestaShop as well as Shopify. Its free plan sends 25 review invites a month, through the Shopify App Store only. It is a Google-licensed review partner. Its own pages list different paid prices, so check the live listing. Charges may be billed outside your Shopify invoice.
Fera: billed by reviews, not orders
Fera has no free plan. It offers a free trial instead. The bill counts order reviews a month plus media storage. Its Startup plan caps both at 100 reviews and 100 MB. Fera runs on Wix, BigCommerce, Magento and Squarespace too.
Stamped: no free plan now
Stamped merged with Repeat in August 2024. Its billing help says the free plan has gone. Paid plans bill by orders. Its own pages show different prices, so we leave them out.

Where Idukki fits (ours)
We make Idukki. It is a display tool, so it sits beside your review app. Judge.me is a built-in import, with Google, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor. Idukki shows those reviews as shoppable galleries, next to customer posts from social. Products are tagged to the cart, and rights are recorded per post. For a deeper look at the top three, read Judge.me vs Loox vs Okendo. To choose by your own numbers, use the five-question test.
