Okendo alternative: the UGC core, on more than Shopify
Last updated
Okendo is a well-made customer-marketing suite built exclusively for Shopify: Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes and Surveys. Prices follow monthly order volume. Single products start at $19/mo (Loyalty from $99/mo), bundles cost 30 to 40% less than buying the products one by one, and bundles normally need an annual term.
We make Idukki. It has no loyalty or referral programme. It does ship a Guided Quiz to every merchant, and a basic survey builder. Its core is UGC: social posts, shoppable video, imported reviews and a rights workflow. It runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and more.

Why brands switch
More than Shopify
Okendo says it is built exclusively for Shopify. Idukki runs the same galleries on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, so a second storefront or a replatform keeps its UGC.
Social content and shoppable video
Idukki collects posts from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other networks, tags the products in them and plays shoppable video in the same widgets as your reviews.
Pay for the content layer only
If you already run loyalty and surveys elsewhere, a suite priced by orders and sold in annual bundles can mean paying for products you do not use. Idukki’s plans cover the UGC layer, priced by widget impressions.
Where Okendo still has an edge
Okendo keeps real advantages:
- Five-product suite: loyalty, referrals, quizzes and surveys alongside reviews
- More polished Klaviyo + Attentive flows out of the box (our judgement)
- Larger Shopify-Plus customer base (18,000+ brands) for case-study peer matching
- An MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude that queries published reviews and Q&A. It needs the Reviews Growth plan

How we compared
We make Idukki, so read this as one vendor’s view. Every alternatives page answers the same questions about both products:
- What content it handles: customer photos, video, reviews or all three
- Where it runs: which store platforms it supports
- How it clears the rights to use customer content
- How it is priced, and what it costs to start
- What it does better than Idukki

Okendo alternative FAQs
How is Okendo priced?
By monthly order volume, per its pricing page (read 12 October 2026). Reviews, Referrals, Quizzes and Surveys each start at $19/mo and Loyalty at $99/mo. Three-product bundles are 30% cheaper than buying separately and the five-product platform 40% cheaper; platform and bundle plans normally need an annual term, while single products can be monthly. When volume grows you upgrade or buy top-up order credits.
Does Idukki have a product quiz like Okendo?
Yes. Every Idukki merchant can run a Guided Quiz in the gallery. Its report counts add-to-carts from the quiz on their own line. Orders after a quiz are shown as influenced, never as proven UGC orders.
Can Okendo and Idukki work together?
They can. Keep Okendo for loyalty and referrals. Add Idukki for social UGC and shoppable video.
Is there a free way to start with Idukki?
Paid plans come with a 30-day free trial. A Shopify store installs Idukki from the App Store and starts on the Free plan. It covers 20,000 widget impressions a month and needs no credit card. On other platforms, book a demo and we set it up with you.
