Idukki vs Yotpo
Yotpo has narrowed hard: it sunset Subscriptions in May 2025 and shut down its Email + SMS products on 31 December 2025 (the SMS customer base went to Attentive), leaving Reviews, Visual UGC and Loyalty. Entry tiers are now published, but each product is still billed separately with order-volume caps. If you built on the old all-in-one Yotpo, this is the moment to re-evaluate. Idukki is one platform, every module, billed simply per impression.

Questions buyers ask in the room
The same questions, every time we’re in a side-by-side with Yotpo. Answers as we’d give them.
Is Idukki cheaper than Yotpo for a £2M DTC brand?+
Usually, because of how the bills stack. Yotpo's modular pricing means Reviews and Visual UGC each carry a separate fee with order-volume caps and overage; Idukki includes UGC, reviews display and visual marketing in one impression-billed plan. Model your order volume against both and the consolidation maths is normally clear.
What happened to Yotpo SMS and email?+
Yotpo announced in August 2025 that it was exiting email and SMS, and both products shut down on 31 December 2025; the SMS customer base was transitioned to Attentive. Yotpo Subscriptions had already been retired in May 2025. Yotpo now focuses on Reviews, Visual UGC and Loyalty.
Can I migrate review history from Yotpo to Idukki?+
Yes. We support a one-click reviews import from Yotpo (CSV export → Idukki import), preserving star ratings, photos, video and verified-buyer flags. Migration takes hours, not weeks.
