Best Yotpo alternatives in 2026 (for reviews, UGC and visual marketing)
Seven Yotpo alternatives for 2026: Okendo, Judge.me, Loox, Junip, Stamped, REVIEWS.io and Idukki. Compared on price, platform reach and fit, checked 22 October 2026.
The email said Yotpo SMS would shut down on 31 December 2025. It landed in inboxes that had spent years building flows on it. Subscriptions had already been retired that May. If you bought Yotpo as the all-in-one, you have been through one forced migration. You are quietly wondering about the next. This is the field guide for that re-evaluation.

Yotpo is still a serious platform, and for some brands the right one. But "Yotpo alternative" is one of the most-asked buyer questions in this category. The reason is structural. The product line shrank and the billing stayed modular. Many customers signed up for a bundle that no longer exists in that shape. What follows is the honest answer. Prices come from each vendor's own pages, re-checked on 22 October 2026. Other facts come from our Yotpo comparison page, which names its sources.
Still sorting the whole market rather than escaping one vendor? Start with the buyer's hub for UGC, shoppable video and reviews platforms. Come back once Yotpo is the named incumbent.

Why do brands leave Yotpo?
The product line moved under them. Yotpo retired Subscriptions in May 2025. In August 2025 it announced it was exiting email and SMS entirely. Both products shut down on 31 December 2025, and the SMS customer base went to Attentive. What remains is Reviews, Visual UGC and Loyalty. That does not make the surviving products bad. But if you bought Yotpo to consolidate vendors, you have been forced to un-consolidate once. Trust in a platform is mostly trust it will keep its shape next year.
The billing is modular with order-volume caps. Entry tiers are now published, which is real progress. Reviews has a free plan to 50 orders a month. The Shopify listing and help docs show the first paid tier at $15. That covers about 50 orders. The pricing page shows $89 for 500 orders. Each product is still billed separately. Tiers cap by order volume, with overage beyond them. A growing brand pays more per module, per month, across two or three line items. The consolidation maths that made Yotpo attractive in 2021 now often runs the other way.
Platform reach and page weight. Yotpo is strongest on Shopify; support beyond it is partial. And its widget runtime carries no published performance budget. That matters once you know what heavy third-party scripts do to Core Web Vitals. Neither point is disqualifying on its own. Together with the two above, they explain most of the switching conversations we see.
How did we choose these alternatives?
Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page, help centre or Shopify App Store listing. We re-checked them on 22 October 2026. Where two of a vendor's pages disagree, we show both. Other facts come from our comparison pages, which name public sources. Those were verified in June 2026. Where we lack a verified number, we say so instead of guessing. And a disclosure you should demand from every listicle in this genre: Idukki is our product. It appears in this list, and it is not listed first. Each entry below says where the tool beats us. A recommendation you cannot falsify is an advert.
The seven best Yotpo alternatives in 2026
Okendo: best for Shopify brands replacing the whole customer-marketing suite
Okendo is the closest like-for-like swap if what you liked about Yotpo was the suite. It runs five connected products: Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes and Surveys. The widgets are well designed, and it has a rights workflow via its Foursixty unification. Its Klaviyo and Attentive flows are more polished out of the box than most rivals. Over 18,000 Shopify brands use it, so peer references are easy to find.
Where it falls short: it is narrowly Shopify-focused. A later move to WooCommerce or BigCommerce means another migration. Billing is per order, from $19 a month on its pricing page. So the climbing-bill dynamic you are leaving at Yotpo still applies. Its Shopify listing also shows a free plan to 50 orders; the pricing page names none. Platform and Bundle plans normally need annual terms. And shoppable video lives inside gallery widgets rather than as a first-class product. The full head-to-head is on our Okendo comparison page.
Judge.me: best for keeping reviews and cutting the bill to almost nothing
Judge.me is the bargain that is not a trap. The free plan is generous: unlimited review requests, plus photo and video reviews. The paid plan, Awesome, is a flat $15 a month with no order cap. You can trial Awesome for 15 days, once per store. The Shopify listing sits at 5.0 stars across 35,000+ reviews. It also works beyond Shopify: WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace. The Q&A module is mature and Google Shopping syndication is included.
Where it falls short: it is a reviews tool, full stop. It has no UGC ingestion from Instagram or TikTok and no rights management. There is no shoppable video and no A/B testing on layouts. Maybe your Yotpo usage was mostly review collection and stars on PDPs. Then Judge.me replaces that job, and its $15 plan has no order cap. If you used Visual UGC at all, it replaces half your stack. The other half is left homeless. Details on the Judge.me comparison page.
Loox: best for photo-first review displays on Shopify
Loox does one thing with real taste: photo and video reviews that look good without customisation. The out-of-the-box gallery aesthetics are best-in-class. Reviews syndicate out to Google Shopping, Meta Shops and TikTok Shop. The free Beginner plan stops at 500 total orders. Convert is $49.99 a month for 300 orders, plus $50 per extra 300. Unlimited is a flat $299.99. Paid plans have a 14-day trial.
Where it falls short: Shopify-exclusive, no UGC collection from social, no rights workflow. It is an on-site reviews specialist. It does not try to be a UGC platform. Weighing it as a stepping stone rather than a destination? Read our note on migrating from Loox, Stamped and Foursixty alongside it. Head-to-head on the Loox comparison page.
Junip: best for Shopify Plus teams that live in Klaviyo
Junip is the modern, quietly competent option. It has a clean UI and strong post-purchase request mechanics. Its Klaviyo automation flows are among the most polished in the category. SMS runs via Klaviyo or Postscript. Entry is cheap: a free plan, then $29, $79 and $299 a month. Since Junip 2.0 the plans are flat, with no order cap or overage. Its Shopify Plus integration depth is a real strength.
Where it falls short: Shopify-only, and galleries display review media only. There is no Instagram or TikTok ingestion, no rights management and no shoppable video. It is the right pick for a reviews-led Shopify Plus brand. For a brand led by visual marketing, it is the wrong one. See the Junip comparison page.
Stamped: best for reviews plus loyalty beyond Shopify
Stamped has been part of the Tiny / WeCommerce group since 2021. It pairs a decent widget library with real multi-platform support: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento. The Q&A module is mature, and loyalty plus referrals are built in. That makes it one of the few non-enterprise options covering Yotpo's reviews-and-loyalty ground off Shopify.
Where it falls short: the budget-pick reputation may be out of date, and its pages disagree. The Stamped pricing page lists Reviews at $199 a month. That page also offers 50% off to the end of 2026. It is unclear whether $199 includes the offer. The Shopify listing still shows $23 for 200 orders, with a 7-day trial. Its help centre says the free plan was removed, while the listing still shows one. Reviews, Loyalty and Lifecycle are priced as separate products, so the modular-bill problem follows you. No shoppable video. Full detail on the Stamped comparison page.
REVIEWS.io: best for Google review syndication and TikTok Shop
REVIEWS.io has been owned by AppHub, now Clearer.io, since 2022. It is a reviews-first platform that has built out a real UGC product. That covers a UGC manager, Instagram rights requests, shoppable galleries and a TikTok Shop integration. Its strongest card is syndication. It is an approved Google review partner with a long track record. There is also a loyalty product (influence.io) in the same group.
Where it falls short: packaging. Our June check found shoppable UGC galleries on the top Plus plan only. Google Seller Ratings and the Klaviyo integration sat on higher tiers too. Its pricing page lists Plus at $499 a month. One version of that page labels prices in AUD, and its AI info page says USD. Essentials is $29 a month on the pricing page; the Shopify listing shows a $19 tier. A free plan covers 25 invites a month, on Shopify only. The UGC capability is real. You pay the top tier for the parts that compete with UGC-first tools. We go deep on this one on the REVIEWS.io comparison page.
Idukki: best for consolidating UGC, shoppable video and reviews into one flat bill
Disclosure, again: this is our product. Read this entry as a claim to verify. Idukki is one platform for UGC galleries from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more. It adds shoppable video with product tagging, reviews display and Super Search. Rights management keeps an audit trail. Billing is per widget impression, so it scales with traffic rather than order count. Published plans run from a Free plan, then $45 to $200 a month. Enterprise pricing is custom. Shoppable video starts on the Starter plan ($45/mo). The widget runtime is 79 KB gzipped, measured on a production gallery. It runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Magento and custom stacks. Reviews history moves over with a one-click Yotpo import from a CSV export. Star ratings, photos, video and verified-buyer flags come across intact.
Where it falls short: we do not ship loyalty or referrals. We never shipped email or SMS either. Maybe Yotpo Loyalty is the module you use daily. Then Okendo or Stamped is the more honest swap. Or pair Idukki with a dedicated loyalty tool. Our side-by-side is on the Yotpo vs Idukki page, sources included.

Which Yotpo alternative is right for you?
The wrong way to choose is by feature-count. The right way is to name the Yotpo module your team opens every week. Then replace that job specifically. Most Yotpo accounts we see in migration conversations were paying for two modules and using one.
Choose by the module you actually used
Start here
Which Yotpo module did your team use every week?
- Mostly Reviews
Pick a reviews-first tool
You do not need a suite to collect and display reviews well. The price gap grows with order volume.
- Budget is the priority: Judge.me: free plan, flat $15/mo ceiling, multi-platform.
- Widget aesthetics matter most: Loox: best-in-class photo review displays, Shopify-only.
- You live in Klaviyo on Shopify Plus: Junip: polished post-purchase flows, cheap entry tiers.
- Reviews + Loyalty
Pick a suite that still bundles both
This is the hardest Yotpo shape to replace with a single cheap tool.
- You are Shopify-only and staying: Okendo: five connected products, 18,000+ Shopify brands.
- You are on Woo / BigCommerce / Magento: Stamped: multi-platform, loyalty built in, per-product pricing.
- Visual UGC + video
Pick a UGC-first platform
Reviews-first tools treat galleries as an add-on; you want the inverse.
- One bill, per-impression pricing, multi-platform: Idukki: Free plan, then $45–$200/mo, rights workflow, 79 KB widget.
- Google syndication is your acquisition wedge: REVIEWS.io on the Plus plan, priced accordingly.
What does migrating off Yotpo actually involve?
Less than the renewal call implies. Review history is the asset that feels locked in. It is not. A CSV export carries star ratings, photos, video and verified-buyer flags. Most serious alternatives import it in hours. The safer pattern matches our guide to Loox, Stamped and Foursixty migrations. Run both tools in parallel for a week or two. Check the imported history renders correctly, then cut over and cancel. We wrote up the longer argument in switching costs are dead.
Budget the whole move. The subscription line is only part of it. Overage exposure belongs in the comparison. So do gated features you will want in month six, and engineering hours for the swap. Our teardown of what UGC and shoppable video software really costs gives you the framework. It works whichever vendor wins.
