Review source
Judge.me
Every photo review, already tagged to the product.
Connect a Judge.me shop with its private API token and photo and video reviews import as product-tagged UGC, ready for galleries and product pages. Reviews are first-party, so no rights request is needed.

What works today, and what is still being built.
Import is live from the settings tab. Incremental sync by webhook is the next piece; until then a repeat import picks up new reviews from where the last one stopped.

Import reviews with media
Photos and videos become posts in the library; hidden reviews are always skipped.

Automatic product tagging
The review’s Shopify product id matches the synced catalogue, so the post is tagged on arrival.
- Live
Approved on import
Reviews are submitted to you directly, so no rights workflow applies; the star rating rides with the post.

Text-only reviews
Optional at import time, for review walls and rating badges.

Cursor-based backfill
Each import continues from the last stored cursor, so a large history comes in over repeated runs.

Webhook sync on new review
Incremental sync without re-running the import. Unblocked and queued.
Set it up.
Where it lives in the dashboard: Settings, Judge.me.
Before you start
- A Judge.me account on the shop
- The private API token from Judge.me settings
- Step 1
Copy the private token in Judge.me
Judge.me admin, Settings, Integrations, find the private API token for the shop.
- Step 2
Connect in Idukki
Settings, Judge.me: enter the shop domain and the token. Idukki verifies the token against Judge.me before saving.
- Step 3
Run the first import
Choose whether to include text-only reviews, then import. Media rides the standard download pipeline: re-stored, thumbnailed, AI-processed.
- Step 4
Place the reviews
Add the imported posts to a product-page gallery or a review wall. Tags are already set, so PDP filtering works immediately.
The questions to ask before you connect it.
Do I need rights requests for review photos?
No. A review is submitted to you by the customer, so it lands approved. Rights requests are for content collected from social channels.
Will new reviews appear automatically?
Run the import again and it continues from the stored cursor. Webhook-driven sync, which removes that step, is in progress.
Does this replace Judge.me?
No. Judge.me stays the system of record for reviews. Idukki reuses the photo and video reviews as shoppable content alongside your social UGC.
Sitting on a few hundred photo reviews in Judge.me?
They are product-tagged UGC already. Connect the shop and put them in the product-page gallery this afternoon.
