Google Business Profile
Bring the Profile reviews home, then push your best UGC back.
Pick a location and its Google reviews, ratings and customer photos sync into the library for any layout. The official Business Profile API connection, which adds replies, media uploads and posts, is in progress.

What works today, and what is still being built.
The pull side is live: public reviews by location. The push side (replies, media, posts) needs the official API connection, which is being built.

Set it up.
Where it lives in the dashboard: Sources, Add source, Google Reviews.
Before you start
- A claimed Business Profile for the location
- No login needed for the pull side
- Step 1
Add Google Reviews as a source
Sources, Add source, choose Google Reviews.
- Step 2
Find the location
Type the business name or address and pick the right listing from the results. Repeat per location for multi-site brands.
- Step 3
Moderate the first sync
Reviews arrive with rating, date and reviewer intact. Hide anything you would not put on the homepage; the source stays visible on every tile.
- Step 4
Place a layout
A review carousel on the homepage, a rating badge near the cart, or the Google Review layout on a landing page.
- Step 5
Ask for the next review
Use the review link generator to put the direct write-a-review link in the post-purchase email. Ask everyone, incentivise nobody.
The questions to ask before you connect it.
Do Profile reviews give my products stars in Google Search?
No. Product stars come from structured data on the product page or a Merchant Center product ratings feed. The Profile rating shows on Maps and the Knowledge Panel. The Google reviews page covers both routes.
Can I reply to reviews from Idukki?
Not yet. Replying needs the official API connection, which is being built. Until then reply in the Business Profile manager.
Can I push customer photos to the listing?
That is on the roadmap behind the OAuth connection, and it will require a rights grant per photo. Idukki’s rights requests produce exactly that record.
Is displaying Google reviews on my site allowed?
Yes, with the rating, reviewer and date intact and the source shown. Do not fold store-level reviews into a product’s aggregate rating.

Reviews on the Profile, none on the product page?
Connect the location, place one carousel, and the two halves of the same reputation finally meet.
