The best UGC and shoppable video apps for BigCommerce in 2026: five options compared
Yotpo, Taggbox, RaveCapture, Stamped and Idukki for a BigCommerce store. Social posts, product tags, rights requests and price, each from the vendor's own page. We make Idukki.
Most UGC app lists are Shopify lists with BigCommerce in a footnote. Some of those apps never ran on BigCommerce. One closed its BigCommerce app this year. This list starts from what each vendor says works on a BigCommerce store today.

How we compared them
Each app gets the same five questions:
- Runs on BigCommerce. An app listing or a vendor install guide for BigCommerce.
- Social posts. Can it pull Instagram or TikTok posts into a gallery?
- Shoppable. Can you tag products on a post and send the shopper to buy?
- Rights requests. Does it record the creator's yes before you reuse a post?
- Published price. Can you see the cost without a sales call?
Each yes counts as one point and each partial as half. The list ranks the four rivals by points. We make Idukki, so it sits apart at the end. We wrote the criteria, so weigh them yourself.
We left out star ratings and install counts. They move weekly. We have no commercial tie to any app here except our own.
The five at a glance
| App | On BigCommerce | Social posts | Shoppable | Rights requests | Entry price | Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yotpo | Yes: one app for Reviews and Visual UGC | Instagram, on Pro and up | Yes: tagged photos and Shoppable Instagram | Yes: comment request, hashtag reply | Reviews free to 50 orders; Pro from $119 | 5 of 5 |
| Taggbox | Yes: its BigCommerce app | Yes: social and review feeds | Yes: shoppable widget on Growth | Partial: a separate part of its suite | Free; Growth $39, or $29 yearly | 4.5 of 5 |
| RaveCapture | Yes: marketplace listing | Instagram, via a Business account | Yes: Buy Now and Shop the Look | Not on the pages we read | Listing and site differ; check | 3.5 of 5 |
| Stamped | Yes: its FAQ lists BigCommerce | Partial: reviews first | No shoppable video | Not on the pages we read | Reviews from $199 a month | 2.5 of 5 |
| Idukki (ours) | Snippet today; app in early access | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads | Yes: adds to the BigCommerce cart | Yes, on every plan | Free to 5,000 impressions; from $45 | 5 of 5 |
1. Yotpo: reviews plus shoppable Instagram
Yotpo's support docs list BigCommerce, on Stencil and Blueprint themes. Reviews and Visual UGC run from the same app. Reviews is free up to 50 orders a month. Starter starts at $15 a month and rises with orders. Visual UGC needs Pro, Premium or Enterprise. Pro starts at $119 a month.
Visual UGC pulls Instagram posts into galleries. You tag a product on a photo, and it shows in that product's gallery. A Shoppable Instagram gallery shows tagged products beside each photo. Rights requests post a comment on the Instagram post. The creator replies with your hashtag to say yes.
Best for: a store that wants reviews and Instagram galleries from one vendor. Limits: Yotpo bills each product by monthly orders. Its support doc warns that album media shows on site before the creator answers.
2. Taggbox: social feeds with product tags
Taggbox has a BigCommerce app. Its support guide shows tagging BigCommerce catalogue products on social posts. The free plan has one social or review feed, with Taggbox branding. Starter costs $19 a month for 2 feeds. Growth costs $39 a month, or $29 billed yearly. Growth adds the shoppable widget and 4 feeds.
Best for: social feeds on a BigCommerce store at a low monthly price. Limits: plans cap feeds and monthly views. Rights management sits in a separate part of its suite.
3. RaveCapture: photo and video reviews that sell
RaveCapture, formerly TrustSpot, is listed on the BigCommerce App Marketplace. The listing advertises shoppable UGC displays and photo and video collection from buyers. Its pages describe tagging products for Buy Now and Shop the Look overlays. Instagram posts come in through a connected Business account.
The listing and RaveCapture's own pricing page showed different figures. So we quote no price. Ask for it in writing before you install.
Best for: collecting buyer photos and videos and making them shoppable. Limits: we found no rights request step on the pages we read.
4. Stamped: reviews and loyalty
Stamped's FAQ lists Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Its pricing page starts Reviews at $199 a month. Plans with several products start at $798 a month. Reviews, Loyalty and Repeat are sold as separate products.
Best for: a store that wants reviews and a points programme from one vendor. Limits: no shoppable video, and each product is billed on its own.
Why Judge.me is not on this list
Judge.me closed its apps on BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Square, Duda and PrestaShop. Its help centre says this ran from October 2025 to January 2026. It now runs on Shopify only. If you moved off it, export your reviews as a CSV first.
Idukki: social, reviews and video in one gallery (ours)
We make Idukki. Posts come from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Threads. Reviews come from Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Judge.me. Customers can also upload from a QR code or a request link. You tag products on each post. Rights requests run on every plan, Free included.
On BigCommerce the widget detects the storefront and adds to its cart from the gallery. If an add fails, it opens the product page. The universal snippet works today through Script Manager. Your catalogue comes in by CSV or a product feed while API sync is finished.
The Idukki BigCommerce app is in early access and not yet in the App Marketplace. It adds a Page Builder widget and registers order webhooks from the dashboard.
Best for: a store that wants social posts, reviews and shoppable video in one gallery. Limits: the app is early access. No loyalty programme. Shoppable video starts on Starter, at $45 a month.
