Reviews.io-style collection without the suite: invites, moderate, show
You need review invitations, moderation and on-site display. You may not need loyalty and SMS in the same contract. How to buy the collection layer. We make Idukki.
The sales deck opens on stars, then slides into points, SMS and a referral programme. You came for a post-purchase ask and a photo on the PDP. The suite is optional. The invitation, the queue and the widget are not.

We make Idukki. Buy review collection without paying for a suite you will not switch on. Rival prices below come from vendor pages we already logged, with dates.
The three jobs of review collection
- Invitation. An email or API-triggered ask tied to an order, with a delay after delivery.
- Moderation. Approve, hide and reply before anything public goes live.
- Display. Stars, text, photo and video layouts on the product page.
REVIEWS.io and Yotpo both do those three. Each also sells or bundles more. Start your shortlist from the three jobs. Add suite products only if you will run them this quarter.
Do you need the suite?
Start here
Will you run loyalty or SMS from the same vendor in the next quarter?
- Yes
Price the suite path
One vendor can reduce logins if you will really use the extras.
- Loyalty is the main gap: Price Yotpo Reviews + Loyalty (separate products on Yotpo’s pages)
- You need multi-platform reviews: Price REVIEWS.io and ask which plan includes your channels
- No
Buy collection + display
Invites, moderation and widgets. Keep SMS and loyalty where they already are.
- Photo reviews must sit near buy: Check whether shoppable UGC is on your entry plan
- You already use Judge.me or similar: Keep collecting there and add a gallery layer
Suite versus collection layer
Reviews plus extras
One vendor for reviews, loyalty, SMS or referrals.
Wins at
- One commercial relationship
- Bundles can discount extras
- Shared customer profile inside that vendor
Struggles with
- You pay for products you may not launch
- SMS and email may overlap your ESP
- UGC galleries often on a higher tier
Invite, moderate, show
The three jobs only, beside your existing ESP and loyalty app.
Wins at
- Clear scope and a smaller bill surface
- Keep Klaviyo or Attentive as they are
- Import media into a UGC gallery when needed
Struggles with
- More vendors to manage
- No built-in points programme
- You must wire invites to orders yourself on some stacks

How Yotpo packages the extras
Yotpo Reviews is priced by monthly orders. Free covers up to 50 orders. Starter starts from $15 a month. Pro starts from $119 a month on the Reviews pricing page (read 12 Oct 2026). Loyalty is a separate product. Pro Loyalty starts from $199 a month. SMS is another Yotpo product line.
If you only need review requests and widgets, price Reviews alone. Treat Loyalty and SMS as optional add-ons. Do not treat them as the default quote.
How REVIEWS.io packages UGC
REVIEWS.io collects product and company reviews across several platforms. Photo and video collection appears from lower plans on pages we logged. Shoppable UGC galleries sat on Plus at $500 a month (pricing page, 7 Oct 2026). Its own pages have disagreed on plan names and prices, so confirm the live table.
Want invitations and stars without the top UGC tier? Say so in the sales call. Do not let the gallery upgrade ride along by default.
Where Idukki fits (ours)
Idukki sends a review request email after a Shopify order. Buyers land on a hosted form that accepts photos and video. Reviews share one moderation queue with social UGC. Display covers review layouts and shoppable galleries.
Idukki does not sell loyalty points or SMS. Keep those in the tools you already run. For Magento-style invitation wiring, see the Magento invitation API pattern.
Buy checklist
- 1List the three jobs you need this quarter: invite, moderate, show.
- 2Strike any suite product you will not launch in ninety days.
- 3Ask where shoppable photo placement sits on the price list.
- 4Ask whether SMS would duplicate Klaviyo, Attentive or Postscript.
- 5Run one test invite and one photo review before you sign annual.
Questions buyers ask
Is a suite always more expensive?
Not always. Bundles can discount extras. It is expensive when you pay for products nobody will run.
Can I keep Yotpo Reviews without Loyalty?
Yes. Yotpo lists them as separate products. Ask for Reviews-only pricing.
Does Idukki replace REVIEWS.io or Yotpo?
It can cover collection and display for many stores. It does not replace loyalty or SMS suites. See /reviews and /compare/yotpo.
What if I already have Judge.me?
Keep it for invites if it works. Import photo reviews into a gallery layer when you need placement near buy.
