A close match to an answer you wrote is shown word for word. Otherwise the AI answers from the product and its tagged customer posts. With nothing to go on, it says so.

Scan a product page and it drafts questions and answers. Or have Iris draft one answer. Drafts stay hidden from shoppers until you approve them.
