How does the sync work?+
Idukki pulls from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn and Threads every 24 hours. You can also sync on demand. New posts that match your profile, mentions or hashtag rules land in your library for review.
Does it work with private Instagram accounts?+
No, we only sync from public posts, public hashtag streams and posts where you’ve authenticated the source profile. This keeps Idukki on the right side of platform ToS and GDPR. Private DMs and stories require explicit creator opt-in.
How fast do new posts appear?+
Within 24 hours of publication. Every source (profile, mentions and hashtags) refreshes on a 24-hour cycle, which keeps sync inside platform rate limits. If you need a post sooner, run a sync on demand.
Can I filter what gets imported?+
Yes. Your blocked-word list and blocked usernames keep matching posts off your widgets. You approve or hide the rest in each collection.
What channels do you support?+
Instagram (posts, reels, carousels, story mentions), TikTok (videos, hashtags, mentions), X (posts, hashtags, mentions), Threads (posts + mentions), YouTube (Shorts, videos, hashtag streams). Facebook: posts from public pages and groups. Pinterest: pins from a board or an account. LinkedIn: posts from your page or profile.
How does rights management plug in?+
You choose which posts need rights. Ask with a public comment on the Instagram or YouTube post. Or send a consent form link. Idukki sends no direct messages. Approved, revoked and pending statuses show in the rights-management report.
Can multiple brands share one sync workspace?+
Each brand runs as its own Idukki account, with its own sources, library and rights log. Agencies get client accounts set up with the Idukki team.
Is there a per-post fee?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited sync sources and unlimited posts imported. Rights requests are unlimited too, on every plan. We bill on widget impressions, the visible part, not on what happens upstream in collection, tagging or rights workflows.
