Not yet. Today you sign in with email and password or with Google, and each user has a role. SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are not available; tell us if you need them.

Idukki runs a pooled two-proportion z-test and an always-valid sequential test (mSPRT). So checking results early does not inflate false wins. With several variants, a Šidák correction tightens the bar. When a test ends, a variant wins only if it passes both tests. You then apply the winning set-up to the gallery yourself.

Gemini vision matches each post image (a video’s thumbnail) to products in your synced catalogue. Large catalogues are first shortlisted to the 60 closest products by embedding. By default, matches at 0.75 confidence or above are tagged automatically, 0.5 to 0.75 wait for review in Recommendations, and anything lower is dropped. You can adjust both thresholds on the Recommendations page.

Yes, on paid plans, in early access: ask us to switch it on. It needs at least 5 approved reviews per product. Idukki writes a short “What customers say” summary. It lists up to four positives and two common concerns, labelled as an AI summary. Preview it first, and regenerate or hide it per product.

Yes. In the Reviews inbox, Draft with AI writes a reply you edit and publish. Replies to reviews collected on your store show under the review on your widgets; for Google, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor reviews you copy the reply and post it there yourself.

Idukki can generate a product reviews feed in Google’s Merchant Center format from your approved, product-tagged reviews collected on your store. Switch it on and add the feed URL in Merchant Center; Google fetches it. Stars need Google’s Product Ratings approval and at least 50 reviews, and this is not Seller Ratings.

Your blocked-word list matches whatever words you add, in any language. There is no AI toxicity score today. A six-part brand-safety score is on the roadmap: see /brand-safety.

No. Moderation runs on your blocked words, blocked users, AI labels and your own approvals. There is no custom model training.

Linktree is a list of URLs. Idukki Link in Bio wraps an existing Idukki collection, so every tile is a tagged product or a piece of UGC pointing at one. Theme, social row and analytics inherit from your workspace, no second CMS to manage.

No. Auto mode pulls live-published UGC from the collection you select, sorted newest-first. Manual curation is available if you want a hand-picked set instead.
