About the role

Agencies should be 15% of new ARR by Q4. You build the program: tiering, certification, co-marketing, deal-reg, the quarterly summit. Reports to the VP Sales.

What you'll do

Recruit + onboard 50+ agency partners in year one
Run the certification program (live training, exam, badge)
Build the agency portal + deal-registration flow with engineering
Host the quarterly Idukki Agency Summit (London + NYC alternating)
Co-marketing, webinar series, joint case studies, conference co-sponsorship

What you'll need

6+ years building agency partner programs at a SaaS company
Has owned a partner-attributed-ARR target
Comfort negotiating co-marketing budgets
Network in Shopify Plus / BigCommerce / Klaviyo + agency ecosystems
