Do I have to give up Growave’s loyalty programme?+
No. Idukki does not do loyalty, referrals or wishlists, so the two can run side by side: Growave for retention, Idukki for UGC and shoppable video.
How is Growave priced?+
By monthly orders. Its help centre (read 12 October 2026) lists plans with an included monthly order allowance and extra order packages on top, and a free plan for small stores. Growave’s own pages list different figures for the entry plan, so check its pricing page for the current numbers.
Is there a free way to start with Idukki?+
There is no trial. A Shopify store installs Idukki from the App Store and starts on the Free plan (up to 5,000 widget impressions a month, no credit card). On other platforms, book a demo and we set it up with you.
