Bambuser Alternative: Shoppable UGC Without a Live Show Calendar
Last updated
Bambuser is a live video shopping specialist: live shows with chat and shoppable overlays, multistreaming to social, and enterprise deployments. It now publishes self-serve plans: Free with 250 views a month, Essential at $79/mo billed annually with 2,000 views, Pro at $249/mo, and custom Enterprise, with extra views at $0.25 each.
We make Idukki. Live shopping is a production commitment: hosts, schedules and promotion. Idukki covers the always-on side instead: customer photos and video, reviews and shoppable video in galleries that sell every day, with rights handled and sales attributed.

Why brands switch
Content that does not need a host
A live show sells while it is on. Idukki galleries and shoppable video run on your product pages around the clock, built from content your customers already posted.
Customer proof, not only brand video
Idukki shows social photos and video next to reviews from Google, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor, so shoppers see what real customers think, not only what the brand presents.
Rights and reviews in the same tool
Every post can carry the creator’s recorded permission, and reviews come in from review sites as UGC, in the same tool.
Where Bambuser still has an edge
Bambuser is the stronger choice when live video is the plan:
- Live streaming with multi-host, polls, RSVP and chat moderation
- Enterprise live shopping deployments (Adolfo Domínguez, Stella McCartney, per their public case studies)
- Published self-service tiers for live shopping starters, including a free plan

How we compared
We make Idukki, so read this as one vendor’s view. Every alternatives page answers the same questions about both products:
- What content it handles: customer photos, video, reviews or all three
- Where it runs: which store platforms it supports
- How it clears the rights to use customer content
- How it is priced, and what it costs to start
- What it does better than Idukki
Bambuser facts come from Bambuser’s own public pages or public reviews, listed below with the date we read them. Nothing here is a score we made up. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we’ll fix it.
Bambuser alternative FAQs
How much does Bambuser cost?+
Per its pricing page (read 12 October 2026): Free with 250 views a month, Essential at $79/mo billed annually ($948 a year) with 2,000 views, Pro at $249/mo, and custom Enterprise. Views over the allowance cost $0.25 each. Our Bambuser pricing page has the detail.

There is no trial. A Shopify store installs Idukki from the App Store and starts on the Free plan (up to 5,000 widget impressions a month, no credit card). On other platforms, book a demo and we set it up with you.
