QR campaigns

A QR code that does the upload page.

Each campaign is a per-purpose QR code pointing at your Collect-UGC form, scoped to that campaign. Print them on packaging, hangtags, table tents, event banners, track scan rate, submission rate and conversion per code.

  • One QR per campaign, scoped to a named bucket
  • Scan + submission + conversion-rate tracked per code
  • Downloadable 1024×1024 PNG, quiet zones baked in
  • Optional brand color, accept-video toggle, custom form copy

Hangtag SS26 · 28% scan-to-submission

A QR code that does the upload page.

Each campaign is one QR. Scoped analytics: scans, submissions, conversion-rate per code.

  • 28%scan → submission
  • £0per-scan fee
  • 5 mincreate → printable PNG
Where to print it

Four surfaces. One QR each.

Generate a separate campaign per surface so the analytics tell you which channel is actually driving submissions. One QR for the unboxing card, one for the hangtag, one for the email, three different scan rates.

Form override

One campaign config. Three knobs.

By default a QR campaign uses your workspace-wide Collect-UGC config. Per campaign you can override three knobs, enough to differentiate without forking the whole form.

  • Welcome message

Same form, different opener. "Thanks for buying the linen blazer, show us how you styled it." vs. "Tag your post-workout glow."

  • Brand color

Override the workspace color for this campaign, useful for sub-brand or collab activations.

  • Video toggle

Accept video on for events + ambassador campaigns; off for review-style packaging inserts to keep submission friction low.

Honest about QR codes

Three things QR campaigns deliberately don’t do.

PNG download, no print run

We hand you a 1024×1024 PNG with quiet zones baked in. Printing is on you (or your agency). We don't resell print-on-demand markup.

Scan ≠ submission

We count both, and the gap is the conversion rate. Don't expect 100%; a 25–35% scan-to-submission is healthy for packaging.

Per-campaign analytics, not per-code

One campaign = one QR + one analytics bucket. If you need per-print-run tracking, generate multiple campaigns.
