Partnerships

Two partnerships in progress. This is exactly where they stand.

We publish partnership status as it actually is: what's agreed, what's in build, what ships next. When a stage below turns live, it will be because the thing works, not because the page says so.

Bynder

In development

Enterprise digital asset management · bynder.com

Bynder is where enterprise brands keep their approved assets: the DAM of record for campaigns, packshots and brand imagery. Idukki is where those same brands run shoppable UGC on their storefronts. The partnership connects the two.

The partnership is agreed and the build is underway. A sandbox environment is live and the connection layer between Bynder and Idukki is currently in development. Nothing on this card is shipping yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

What the integration will do once it ships

  • Import brand-approved DAM assets into Idukki shoppable galleries through Bynder’s asset picker
  • Push rights-approved UGC from Idukki into Bynder, carrying creator, source and rights metadata
  • Keep storefronts in sync when an asset is archived in Bynder
  • Register storefront usage back into Bynder’s Asset Tracker
  • Report commerce ROI per DAM asset, so every asset earns its keep

Judge.me

Integration live · partner listing pending

Product reviews for Shopify stores · judge.me

Judge.me is one of the largest product-review platforms on Shopify, and a huge share of the merchants we talk to already run it. You can connect it today: open Settings, choose the Judge.me integration, add your shop domain and Judge.me API token, and Idukki imports your existing photo and video reviews, auto-tagged to the products they were left on (see /help/connect-review-sources).

What is still open is the formal side of the partnership: we engaged the Judge.me Partner Program, where a listed integration has to pass their QA review before we show up in their partner directory and get co-marketing. That review has not run yet, so treat this as a working integration ahead of an official listing, not a finished partnership.

What is still left before this is a finished partnership

  • Pass Judge.me's Partner Program QA review and land in their partner directory
  • Ship the review-created webhook for incremental sync (today, re-running import is the reconciliation path)
  • Confirm the Judge.me source badge and star rendering across every review widget layout

Meanwhile, already live and shipping.

The partnerships above join a stack that works today: native widgets on the major commerce platforms, and four review sources displayed as first-class shoppable UGC.
