About the role

This is a chief-of-staff internship in miniature. You sit next to the founder, see how an early-stage company actually gets run, and take real work off his plate: scheduling, research, vendor coordination, travel, and the running list of loose ends that never make it into a job description. It suits someone early in their career who is organised, unflappable, and wants a front-row seat to how Idukki is built.

What you'll do

Own the founder’s calendar, meeting prep and inbox triage so the day runs on time
Turn messy asks into done: book the travel, chase the vendor, draft the doc, close the loop
Sit in on partner and customer calls, take the notes, then own the follow-ups
Run quick research sprints (markets, hiring, tools) and come back with a one-pager, not a data dump
Keep the Delhi office humming: supplies, visitors, the bits that keep a small team unblocked

What you'll need

Recent graduate or final-year student who can be in the Delhi (Model Town) office most days
Genuinely organised, you keep a list and things do not fall off it
Clear written English and the confidence to chase people politely until something is done
Discreet with sensitive information and comfortable around senior people
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and quick to pick up new tools
