Campaign pages · Channels
One link per campaign, told by your customers.
A campaign page is one public URL. It tells the campaign’s story in your customers’ posts. It shows the products in them and can unlock an offer. Every link to your store carries tracking, so orders join back to the page.
In your dashboard under Channels, then Campaign pages.
From the email link to the cart
The link opens your campaign story in customer posts. Each visitor can unlock their own code. Shop now opens your store with the visit attached.
What is on the page.
Three parts, all from what is already in your Idukki account.
A story in customer posts
Pick the photos and videos from your Idukki library, in the order you want them read.
The products in them
Products you pick, plus every product tagged on the story’s posts.
An optional offer
Your own discount code, or a single-use code each visitor unlocks on the page.
Three steps to a live link.
01
Create the page
In your dashboard, open Channels, then Campaign pages. Give the campaign a title.
02
Build the story
Add posts as story blocks, then add products and the offer if you want one.
03
Share the link
Use the one URL in emails, ads, bios and QR codes. It opens as a mobile-first page.
A report that keeps the numbers apart.
Each campaign shows visitors, post views, video plays, product clicks and add-to-carts. Orders come in three separate numbers.
Proven orders
Online orders where the shopper added to cart from the page.
Seen orders
Store orders from visitors who saw the page, without that add to cart.
Redeemed codes
Offer codes the page handed out and a customer used.
Never added together.
Questions, answered.
Where do I build a campaign page?
In your Idukki dashboard, under Channels, then Campaign pages. Each campaign gets one public URL.
How do orders join back to the page?
Every link from the page to your store carries the visitor’s Idukki id. It also carries a campaign UTM tag. Idukki’s order matching uses that id to tie an order to the visit.
How does the per-visitor offer work?
The visitor unlocks a single-use code on the page. Each visitor gets their own code. Single-use codes are created on your connected Shopify store. You can also show one code of your own instead.
Why are proven, seen and redeemed shown apart?
They measure different things, and some orders appear in more than one. The report shows each as its own number and never adds them up.
Can I preview a page before I share it?
Yes. A preview link shows the page and counts nothing.
