Open your Idukki dashboard
Sign in at app.idukki.io. You connect Slack per workspace, so each brand or team can route to its own channel.

Idukki sends you to Slack’s approval screen. It asks to post messages, receive the /idukki command, and let you pick a channel.

Pick a channel
Choose where alerts land, for example #idukki-alerts. Approve, and Idukki posts a confirmation to that channel.

Scoped, per-workspace install
Standard Slack OAuth. The token is stored per business and only posts to the channel you chose.
Reads nothing it should not
Idukki posts notifications and handles the /idukki command. It does not read your team’s other messages.

Common questions
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Connecting is a click-through OAuth install from your dashboard, the same as adding any Slack app. No code, no webhooks to paste.
Which permissions does Idukki ask for?
Three scopes: post messages (chat:write), receive the /idukki slash command (commands), and let you pick a default channel (incoming-webhook). Idukki posts to that channel and reads nothing from your other conversations.
Can different brands use different channels?
Yes. The connection is per business, so each store or team installs into its own workspace and channel. Re-installing simply updates the channel.
What can I do without opening the dashboard?
Approve or hide UGC, request rights on a post, and acknowledge flagged content directly from the message buttons. Tagging products and deeper edits deep-link you into the right dashboard screen.
Does this work with Microsoft Teams?
Teams is supported too, via an Incoming Webhook you paste into the dashboard. Slack is the one-click OAuth install described here.
