Roam had thousands of happy customers and almost no UGC making it back to the brand. The few who did post weren’t taggable, weren’t shoppable, and weren’t rights-cleared.

What we did

• 1Generated a per-shipment QR linking to a branded collection landing page.
• 2Built a 30-second submission flow with rights consent baked in.
• 3Approved videos auto-routed into the DAM, tagged by SKU.
