The challenge
Folio was running 14 client UGC programs across three platforms. Every weekly client report was hand-copied. Onboarding a new brand took two weeks of setup.
What we did
- 1Migrated all 14 brands into the Idukki agency workspace with role-based access per client team.
- 2Stood up a templated weekly report (top posts, RVR, CR delta) sent automatically to each brand’s Slack channel.
- 3Built a brand-onboarding template (sources + layouts + rights flow) that compresses week-2 setup into an afternoon.
