One queue for everything collected
Social posts, review content, hashtag entries and reported media land in the same queue with their score, source and rights state, so a reviewer works one list.

Policies, not one-off judgement calls
Per-brand profiles turn the score into an action: hard rules auto-block, soft rules queue for a human, and everything else passes. Tune the thresholds from the dashboard.

Result: 3 orders, $74.28 attributed to one post.
How it works, from switched on to paying for itself.
- Step 1
Score every asset
A six-dimension score is returned per asset before it enters a public surface.
- Step 2
Apply the policy
The brand profile blocks, warns or queues based on the score.
- Step 3
Review the queue
Hot-key approvals for what needs a human; reasons captured on every decision.
- Step 4
Audit forever
Every decision, reviewer and reason, exportable.
“All in all, Idukki is a top-tier platform that I would highly recommend for businesses looking to leverage UGC content. It's not just about what it does (which it does extremely well), but also about the team behind it, which is truly exceptional.”
Moderation and rights are the same gate.
A held piece waiting on consent and a flagged piece waiting on review share one queue. Rights management handles the consent request; moderation handles the brand-safety call. Both clear before a customer photo appears next to your buy button.
- 01
Auto-flag
A safety classifier pre-sorts incoming UGC so the obvious problems surface at the top of the queue instead of slipping through.
- 02
Block rules
Block by keyword, handle or competitor mention. Anything matching never reaches the live queue; it goes straight to held.
- 03
Rights gating, on by default
A piece without a cleared rights response cannot publish. Requested-but-unanswered content stays in hold until consent is settled.
The questions to ask before you switch it on.
Does anything publish without review?
Only what your policy allows. Hard rules block automatically, soft rules queue for a human, and you can require review on everything for a collection.
Can different brands have different rules?
Yes. Profiles are per brand, so an agency workspace can run stricter rules for a regulated client and lighter ones elsewhere.
What is logged?
The decision, the reviewer, the reason and the timestamp, for every approve, hold or remove.
Which plans include moderation?
AI moderation, sentiment analysis and the profanity filter are listed for every band, including Free, in the comparison table at /pricing. The Brand-Safety API is available standalone.
